The room is very large and can easily function as a studio. It is furnished with one double bed and one single bed, desk, internet connection. The furniture is in pinewood (one came from the mountains of Friuli, where it was discovered, forgotten in a hayloft, and restored), the bathroom is inside, with washbasin and shower in view (Faetano ceramics, Amarcord collection; Villeroy & Boch bathroom facilities). The ceiling has chestnut wood beams, the floor is parquet, with heating in the floor. On the walls there are prints by Rinedda and there are four large windows arranged on three sides: the view from the window facing east reaches to Mount Conero, from the one facing west to the Sibylline Mountains.
